We seamlessly organize your team’s compensation profile to our payroll software and manage the administration going forward. Each employee is set up with their deductions, benefits and earnings, as well as their vacation and time away rules. When an employee leaves your company, it is necessary to issue them a Record of Employment within 5 calendar days of the first day of an interruption of earnings; or the day the employer becomes aware of an interruption of earnings.
